One bedroom fully furnished unit. Fully equipped kitchen includes full size stove, refrigerator, and microwave. Plenty of pots and pans, dishes and utensils are provided. 32-inch flat screen TV and DVD/VCR player in living room. Prices include vehicle and boat trailer parking, use of boat launch ramp and dock, laundry facilities and ice machine.

High Season is January 1st to Labor Day. Low Season is Labor Day to December 31. Two-day minimum on weekends all year long.
