One bedroom fully furnished unit. Fully equipped kitchen includes new appliances, built-in microwave, and all new pots and pans, dishes and utensils. New 32-inch flat screen TV and DVD/VCR player in living room. Prices include vehicle and boat trailer parking, use of boat launch ramp and dock, laundry facilities and ice machine.

High Season is January 1st to Labor Day. Low Season is Labor Day to December 31. Two-day minimum on weekends all year long. Weekend rates include Friday and Saturday nights.
