The Last Resort

The Last Resort has six one-bedroom units, in three elevated buildings. All units have a large bedroom, fully equipped kitchen, living room, bathroom, and big balcony. Each unit accommodates up to four adults comfortably. Living rooms face the river, with access to large deck. Boat ramp and docking included. We've been refurbishing! Check out all our new amenities.

• Full-size kitchen - refrigerator/freezer, new stove and built-in microwave, drip coffee maker, toaster. New cabinets and flooring.
• Dining table and chairs.
• Dishes, pots and pans, utensils, all new in 2008.

• Couch (queen size pull out sleeper, linens provided).
• Easy chair.
• New 32-inch flat screen TV, DVD/VCR player.
• Ceiling fan.
• Walk-out access to balcony.

• Picnic table, shared with next door unit.

Boat Launch and Dock: (click for photo)

• Paved, private boat launch ramp, adequate for boats up to 22 feet.
• Ample dock space for up to eight boats. Dock is all newly rebuilt in 2008.
• Fish cleaning table with fresh water rinse.
• Gas and pontoon rentals available at "Magic Manatee Marina" , right next door.

General Property:

• All units have individual heat and air conditioning controls.
• Park your vehicle under your unit, out of the sun (enough space for two vehicles, or a vehicle and a boat trailer).
• Additional boat trailer parking space on property -- please call us if you will need additional space.
• Ice machine on property (plenty for your cooler).
• Washer and dryer on property.
• Two charcoal barbecues and two picnic tables, at riverfront.
